A New Adventure: Final Destination?Seattle, Washington... at some point.

Hi, I'm Nancy and welcome to my blog! My husband and I sold our house in Austin, Texas during the summer of 2022 and embarked on a journey across the country. We've been taking our time and trying to soak up what each location has to offer.

We packed most of our things into storage, packed up the SUV with our two dogs, Ginger and Hazel and headed out. Our final destination? Seattle, Washington. We started out visiting family across Texas and the Midwest for a month. It was so wonderful to reconnect with family we hadn't seen in a long time.

These pictures are from our stop-over in Sedona over New Years. It was brisk and chilly and just my favorite kind of hiking weather. The girls loved it and wanted sooooo bad to take off down the trails.
